Laura K. Stinson, PharmD is an academic detailing pharmacist who develops and delivers P2P's in-person educational outreach initiatives. Dr. Stinson graduated from the UK College of Pharmacy in 2002 and completed UK's Community Pharmacy Residency Program with Kroger in 2003. Her professional experience includes nearly 15 years of community pharmacy practice, experience in various areas of continuing medical education, and four years conducting educational outreach with pharmacists and prescribers to improve prescription opioid safety as part of UK’s HEALing Communities Study. Laura is from Perry County and is looking forward to connecting with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in and around her hometown.
